  • I relocated and lived here for the year lease. After a few months they pressure tested the pipes and then they burst. When maintenance was to fix the damage they did a half ass job and left the place to develop mold. Roaches were a huge problem. Management refused to address any issue. The turn around with management and staff was insane. Four different ones in one year. Trash was everywhere. Pool was always gross. I was never going to renew my lease and they were offended when I didn't. When I explained why they made excuses. I wanted to leave before the lease was up however these places try and rip you off. I would never live there again even if that was the last place. Do not live there.
