  • Poor management. We walked into a very crowded restaurant. Tables, bathroom and salsa bar were dirty and needed lots of attention. We informed the manager the trash was overflowing, his response was, "alright." We watched him joking around with employees and we approached him again and just pointed at the man who was going to take it out. He waited until the designated employee was available to throw it out, instead of taking it out himself.
