  • I had them change my brakes and tires in March. I had to take my car bake 2 different times after because every time I braked my car would shake and make an awful noise. Then it became pep boys and the warranty I had with Just Brakes was not honored. The work they did was terrible. I had to pay another mechanic to replace my brakes because they were not installed correctly the first time and the mechanic showed me how bolts were missing from my brakes. Pep boys refused to honor my warranty and the manager told me on the phone that I was screwed and it wasn't his problem.
