I went today to get a Basic car wash. The attendant who was nice, talked me into a Supreme wash ($16.99), but then tried to push me into getting my car detailed, prepaid at another date because I told him my husband and I were get getting ready for a long road trip. I declined. I then was approached by the manager for the glass company that works out of there to replace my glass. This is all before I could even get into the building. Again, I politely declined. Finally my car is done, I tipped four dollars and run to my next appointment. When I returned home, I looked the car over and they had not vacuumed the back at all, nor did they wipe down the back or the side door panels, including the compartments on the door.
I called and left a message with Amanda to have the Manager call me. So far no call.
I'm very disappointed in the quality of service and I will not be back. If they spent half as much energy cleaning the car as they do with trying to sell upgraded services and glass repair, they'd be five stars!
I still expect a call from the Manager.
