| - This location has the rudest employees, are always out of stock, and although there are lots of employees, there is a huge line every time you go to check out and only two employees working checkout. No one knows what they are doing and they are snappy at customers. It took me 45 minutes to buy shampoo....SHAMPOO! I was snapped at by an employee for asking if they had any more Redkin out back (of the 10 types of Redkin, they only had 2-5 bottles of two kinds on the shelf.) "Pardon me, sorry to bother you, but do you know if you have any more Redkin out back?" Her: huff "no. everything we have is on the shelf." Me: "wow, there are only a few bottles of like three kinds." She did offer to call another store, which was nice of her. "well, i didn't want to drive around for shampoo..I'm just surprised the shelves are so empty." Her: *huff "we get our stock on Fridays." Me:" Its only Sunday. "well, we can't control people taking advantage of a sale." She said with attitude (she never stopped walking away during this exchange. Um...that's your companies job...to sell things. U can't sell things you don't have. Ulta sucks. They are ALWAYS out of stuff. They remodeled the store for short ppl (I have to squat down to see anything on the bottom two shelves), gave you giant bags that would drag on the floor if you hold them by the handles, or pinch your arm if you put them over your shoulder (they make me feel like I'm shoplifting for some odd reason.) They always try to screw you out of a coupon somehow, have vague signs about sales to be purposefully misleading. Couple all of that junk with awful employees and a line out the door and you can kiss my business goodbye. Heck, if they had stuff in stock...ever...I would put up with some of the snottiness for the convenience, but geesh...everything I like is always out of stock. Unprofessional company and unprofessional employees (but in their defense, they work for a terrible company, so I'm sure they are just as frustrated.)
