  • I went to PCH urgent care because I felt that it would provide the best care for my baby as I went there with my first child years ago. The front office lady was so personable and nice. The PCT or CNA was very nice and attending. The nurse Sara was rude. She had terrible bedside manner. She was short and did not seem like she cared. On discharge I was u see the impression after they deep auctioned my baby someone would have re-evaluated to see if the intervention was effective... but no one did. They just sent us home. Seems like it would be a liability.
