  • HORRIBLE customer service. Was at a bday party at Dave and busters and wanted to come here quickly and get a pair of flat shoes. Quickly, however, was not what occurred. The girl by the changing room looked dumbfounded when I asked for a size. And what made it all even more appalling, people stood at the register while an employee casually stood by helplessly until she finally decided to ring people up. Clearly this is an issue with the management as no manager in their right mind would tolerate this behavior. Stopping in this store was nothing short of a nightmare and if the employees are so miserable doing customer service, then don't work here. It's that simple.
