  • I'm not usually complainer. Had the worst meal experience in a long time while trying to eat breakfast here. To start off, My family of 4 was ignored while a family of 3 behind us was sat first. They were sat at a 4 top table ( one that would have worked for us too). Not a big deal (more annoying than anything else) except we had to squeeze to the side and let them pass and also had to wait longer for a table with 2 hungry kids. Next, we sat for 10 mins before anybody came to our table. Drinks and food were ordered at the same time. Drinks came out about 5 mins later. Food took about 40 mins. Food was cold. All four meals. Both the kids had cold bean burritos. My wife not only had cold soup but it was not the menudo that she ordered. I had a cold hash skillet ( choked down 2 bites). Nothing like cold gravy to top your soggy hash browns and cold meat. I would have brought all of this to their attention, but I never saw anybody come to our table again. No server, no food runner, no busser, nobody! All drinks were left empty. All plates were left full. Payed for our "meal", left and will never go back.
