  • GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION THAN THIS ONE. Save yourself the hidden charges that hit your bank account after you turn the car in. They will find a way to hit you with extra fees. I used this location during my state farm claim. I had the car for a week, filled it up and returned it the day the agreement was up. They had the audacity to charge me $300 for smoking and $29 for fuel when I literally filled it up on 52nd and McDowell. On top of that I DONT EVEN SMOKE. The car was not even clean when I picked it up. The branch manager Shawn Frazee hung up on me during my initial call and when I had called back she refused to reverse the fee. She is incompetent and not helpful in the least bit. Very unhappy with my customer experience and I will not be returning to this location.
