  • We came in yesterday and this was my first time actually having the Krispy Kreme experience (watching the donuts being made and trying them fresh), and it was not as positive as I had hoped. When we got there, the cashier, her name is Dylan, asked what she can get us and I was still looking at what they had. She asked again impatiently. Zero smile at all. I told her one moment because we wanted to see the donuts being made. Once we saw, she handed us the free samples, still without a smile. We chose our dozen donuts, and instead of asking if we would like anything else, she gave us the total for the dozen and my boyfriend said, "actually can I get a coffee too please?" And before she could try to give the total after that instead of asking if we wanted anything else, I immediately ordered a mocha. She did not ask my boyfriend if he wanted cream or sugar in the coffee and just gave it to him. He looked in the area were the napkins and sugar were to see if they had cream back there, but was they didn't. She was so rude to where he said he'd just wait until he got home to put milk in it. Since she stopped making my mocha and helped everyone else, I had the opportunity when she finally got back to it to ask her to put milk in his. Every interaction was without a smile and just felt so unwelcoming. The donuts were great, but my experience is the reason for the one star rating.
