I"m not sure why they're still allowed to sell puppies, since most pet stores have been banned from keeping these puppy mills in business.
The caged puppies were covered in their own poop, and looked miserable. I think the least they can do is provide these animals with a clean and hygienic living environment. Most of the puppies have a price tag of over $1000, I'm sure you can get them for half the price at professional breeders.
The staff is inexperienced and don't seem to care much about the animals. Someone was purchasing a fish, and the staff member dropped the fish on the floor where it was flopping around for a while before he was placed into a plastic bag filled with water. The disgruntled customer obviously did not want the fish after that.
They do carry a good variety of pet supplies, but I suggest getting food for your pet at a vet.
