  • Went there because I had scheduled a test drive on a certain used Jeep Grand Cherokee. The online sales manager Sonny, even called to confirm that I would be there. As soon as I arrived, I got a bad feeling from this place. Its like if your not going to buy a brand new car, they are not interested in you. Had Sonny called, he came, we walked over to where the "used cars" where parked, did not have it there. Sent me over to another lot, where they pretty much keep all used cars now. Drove over there, which by the way is not so close by. Once I got there, the sales guy was pleasant. But informed me the Jeep I was interested in was not available anymore. Even though it was still on they're website, the night before. I literally live across town from there (89081) Google the 2 zip codes. Would have saved me a lot of time on my day off if that Sonny guy would have been upfront, and told me that particular vehicle was no longer available. Im pretty sure its not to difficult to do so.
