  • Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, amazing room. Very comfortable and spacious. So much detail I don't know where to start. The room was very elegant and clean. The house keepers do a great job. I left my personal shampoos and conditioners in the shower the first night and when we got back to our room it was neatly arranged, centered and with the label faced like a store display. The pillows are feathered. You can ask for complimentary slippers. The curtains and all the lights are controlled with a button. The bathroom is huge and has a TV. Each room has a doorbell. You can checkout right from the TV in your room so you don't have to stand in a long line before heading out. Will definately be staying again. The reason I didn't give the 5th star is because of the bad valet service when dropping off the car. I read the other reviews and experienced the same issue. Unless you are in a Ferrari the valet guys just stare at you and walk by like if they are hoping you will go away. I tried the south valet and the main gate and same thing. Guys were just talking to each other and waited until I finally started walking toward them to acknowledge me. When I arrived at the hotel they actually helped someone who arrived after me first! Very rude and a horrible first impression but the rest of my stay was wonderful.
