  • I used to like staying here however a deal breaker for me was when I tried to check in it was 12:45 pm. They informed me that if you check in before 1pm it is a $15.00 charge. I had been driving here since 4am I was very tired and wanted a room. I was staying for 4 nights and it seemed to me that $1.00 per minute for a 15 minute early check in was ridiculous. I did check in and they did charge me. However, after talking to 3 supervisors they did take the charge off. Commen sense finally prevailed but you shouldn't have to go thru all that. Another complaint was the entire casino has a strong perfume smell. Better than smoke I guess but it is pretty strong.
