  • Let me be clear: I would give Dr. Alfreda 100 stars if I could. He is an absolutely amazing doctor. Sadly, I no longer go this practice due to the awful office staff. They NEVER return calls, it takes practically a private investigator to reach them, and when you are there they are not friendly, at all. I really wish Dr. Alfreda would revamp his office, because he is a physician unlike any other. However, since I don't have any serious medical issues and only go for preventative healthcare, the wait times and demeanor of the staff is not worth it.
