  • Could this be the worst possible bartender service in Las Vegas?.... I would have to say yes. Having been here multiple times since opening and nothing has changed. I entertained the fact of coming out here based on an invitation of free play and gifts. I frequent the strip weekly. I love this city and love all that it has to offer. And I'm so disappointed to say this particular place has failed me each and every time! When there are three people sitting at the bar and one is gaming (me) and I have to ask for service of a drink or a menu...Completely inexcusable. I'd much prefer a loss in gaming, and fabulous service over this. Sorry SLS. Train/educate your staff to be a little bit more customer oriented. You already have real estate against you. Step it up with service. So sorry I had to write this ' after 'several visits, as I said I love the city and everything has to offer. But there is no way I could give a recommendation to come as a local or as a visitor to this property, when there are sooo many fabulous places they need to compete with....smh...
