rev:text	Rollin Smoke Barbeque should definitely be grateful that their food is so damn good. My first experience was great. I had their Outlaw Burger which was delicious! It's definitely one of the best burgers that I've had. My second visit was crappy. I ordered take out late at night. My fiance was craving sweet tea so I made sure to order that first. No problem the lady said. The sweet tea actually comes with the meals that we placed free of charge. I go to pick up my food and she hands me two cups. I go to pour myself the sweet tea to go but it's empty. I go up to the counter to let the employee know. She apologizes and tells me that she'll get a new one out. I'm waiting for a good 10 minutes, maybe not realizing that it's been 10 minutes because I was on my phone. A male employee walks out from the back and starts cleaning up. I politely ask him if he knows that status of my sweet tea and I inform him that the previous employee said that she would have it brought out. Well apparently, she is now off her shift and he knows nothing about it. He tells me that unfortunately, they're out of sugar and so there's no sweet tea at all until they get a shipment. Ummm. Seriously? I realize that I'm the last customer there but they were a good hour away from their posted closing time. He apologizes for the inconvenience when in reality, he should have apologized for making up a piss poor lie and telling it to my face. It's hard to believe that a establishment with that type of food would be out of sugar for it's sweet tea. I actually called the next day and lo and behold they did have sweet tea available. Hmmmm. Again, they should be grateful that they're food is good.
