  • Went here today and spoke with Jeff about my brakes. I let him know that it was making a really bad squeaky noise and I wanted to get it inspected. He politely asked if he could hand it over to a mechanic to get the information because he was in the middle of closing out another's persons reports. we spoke with Craig, who worked on my car and he took all our information. when it was time to review my brakes, Craig took me in the back and showed me everything that needed to be done. told me how much longer I had on the brake pads and rotors and had a few suggestions. he never once tried to upsale me on anything or push me to do something I didn't want to. he explained everything in detail and made sure I understood what was wrong. while we waiting in the office, we watched Jeff explain to each person he finalized paperwork with, easy ways to prevent things from happening & helpful tips that you never would have thought of! now before coming here, we went to meineke to inspect my brakes and they tried to charge me just under $500 because apparently I needed new everything! so I came here to get a second opinion and thank god I did! my brake pads were still at 70%, my rotors didn't need changing and neither did my rear drums! the only thing that needed to be addressed was the adjustments to my rear brakes and some fluids that only cost me $60!! after they fixed it, my brakes felt like brand new!!!
