  • When we made a large purchase, our salesman was very accommodating. However, later we called to let them know that the sport coat was wrinkled when we got home. Instead of the usual friendliness, the salesman was defensive. After spending a lot of money, we thought the coat should at least be pressed. More than anything, I was bothered by his annoyance & lack of willingness to help after the sale.
