I appreciated his direct approach and he didn't mess around with the upsells or the confusing, stress inducing typical car purchasing experience. You won't get a better experience at any other dealership. Moussa was not only thorough but he walked us through the process and then had us take the time we needed to hang out and talk about the final decisions, pricing, etc. without bothering us. He supplied us with snacks, water, and other conveniences to ensure that the time it took to select the car, get the finannciing done, detail the car and train us in the new technology features was thoroughly comfortable. He also offered to assist in helping get our other car home (so we could drive off the lot with our new car.) The financing was aggressive, the price was competitive and the car is a dream come true.
Let me also talk about this dealership and the ownership. The owner is very generous within the community and we were there when they were supporting breast cancer and there was a fundraiser and the employees were all involved in setting up the event and ensuring that the excitement around the special event was shared by all. They offered to include us and we were not even invited.
My husband is from Iowa and so it was not without thought that we chose David Wilson's dealership. Go Panthers.
