  • I came in tonight with my best friend and we were super excited about getting some new piercings. We walked in at 9:33pm and were very rudely told that they wouldn't pierce us since the cap for walk ins was at 9:30pm. We were literally 3 minutes late. Really?? The lady that "helped" us was so snobby and rude about it, which made it even worse. I've heard great things about the piercings they do here but overall I was shocked at how rude the employees were. Probably won't try to get pierced here again.
