  • My wife and I love Pita Jungle's food but my wife went for a pick up order I wanted a beef/lamb gyro and when I got my food there was a chicken dish of sorts instead of my gyro. No big deal we called and let their manager know of the mistake she was pleasant and apologized and offered to give us 2 free gyros "just give us your name and last 4 digits of your cell" when I came in to get our food they mysteriously could not find our record. So the owner came over and asked who I talked to he personally looked and again could not find it. So I left embarrassed because I assumed they thought I was trying to get free food out of them. My wife immediately called and gave them our info and mysteriously they were able to find it with little effort and asked that I turn around and claim our food which I did not. This is unfortunate because we eat here at least twice a month and I often bring friends or family with. I will never return again. Lost a loyal customer over a gyro and poor customer service.
