  • I have been twice. The first time I had highlights. The girl was nice and did a good job. But when it was done and washed out and dried she was nowhere to be found. She didn't ask if it was ok or if I liked it, etc. I regret leaving her a good tip, because she obviously didn't care. It was overpriced as well. The second time I went back because they gave me a $25 off coupon for my next visit. A different girl did my highlights. They got washed out and dried and I looked at my hair. NO different! The highlights didn't work at all. She said the room was too cold so they didn't set. She offered to do it again, so I stayed for another 90 minutes (because I have nothing else to do?!?!) and she bleached it this time - I could smell it and feel it. They worked. However now my hair had been processed twice, and it's about 2 weeks later now and my hair feels like straw. Also, the first round she put equally all over my head. The second batch she rushed and just threw a few in the front. So my bangs are practically white and the back of my head is light brown. It looks ridiculous. I'm not happy at all. She gave me an extra $25 discount for the trouble, but it still came out to $150! Craziness. Also, the receptionist was rude. She offered me tea and then never brought it. Not great service. I will not return and I will not suggest this place to anyone else. What a disappointment.
