  • I started going to Az Vein and Vascular in Chandler about 1 1/2 years ago and my legs don't look any better then they did when I started. When I tried to make an appt with the Dr. To let him know my concerns, he sent in someone else to talk to me. When I told that person what was going on, he just said...it takes time for your veins to fade and go away. I realize that, I've done this before, about 20 years ago. I thought I would give them 1 more chance and called to schedule my 3rd schlero appt. at $250 a treatment, and the person who answered the phone told me...I can't just make an appt., the surgicenter had to call me to schedule an appt. Hummm, that was several months ago! Still waiting. On top of that, they sent the report to my ins. 3 times and they wouldn't pay, so I owe them over $500 for 2 treatments that didn't work! Now, I'm going somewhere else, they sent in their report. Insurance will pay everything! Such a relief to be going to a place that knows how to treat their patients and also knows how to write a report to the ins. company. Long story short, go somewhere else!
