  • These ladies kick some serious ass when it comes to pork-related stuff. Christmas Ale bacon? Check. Maple bacon? Check. Cajun bacon. Hells yes check. Bacon ends for making split pea soup? Yep check. And my latest infatuation...jalapeño cheddar sausage. I cannot tell you how many pounds of their bacon and sausage I have packed in coolers and driven out of town because all of my friends and family request it. I have created a monster. But damn Emma and Alexia do a great job.
