  • It really saddens me to rate an Aveda salon with 1 star, but after dealing with the Manager (Heather) at G Aveda, I will NEVER refer anyone to this location. The stylists are professional, and very friendly, but Heather is horrific! I have been going to Aveda Salons for over 10 years now, and have NEVER been spoken to or treated as poorly and unprofessionaly as I was by her! I have had a few incidents in the past with stubborn greys, but they have always been corrected, and with a positive and friendly attitude. When I received a "courtesy call" back from the Manager, she was very rude and argumentative. She did not apologize for the inconvenience or additional time taken for the error in color, instead she made me feel as if I did something wrong, and recommended that I should go elsewhere. I was definitely not expecting to hear this from the Manager, and certainly not after going every 3-4 wks on a regular basis for color? Managers are there to be positive and professional role models. They are to support their staff and to be helpful and courteous to their customers. Heather could use some training, and has no business being a manager!
