  • Please, do not live here. I wish someone had told me and my family (keep in mind, I have a baby girl) that they were infested with roaches!!! We moved to Vegas extremely last minute so we chose to get a place that was very low priced with a month to month lease to be able to have a month to look for a better home without rushing. The unit itself wasn't horrible. Decently upgraded with tile, fresh paint. It felt "new" and clean so we didn't mind. The first night sleeping there, I got up in the middle of the night to get some water only to find AT LEAST over 30 roaches the kitchen!!! On all of the cabinets, in the sink, on the floor, walls, etc. Keep in mind there was no food left out or anything like that. I've never seen anything like it before in my life. They hired pest control but that didn't do anything at all. It was disgusting. It ended up getting so bad that I woke up one morning in so much pain because there was a roach stuck in my ear. I'm just glad it didn't happen to my daughter. Living there was like living in roach hell. I guess you get what you pay for. I knew the area wasn't that great but we didn't plan on being there long. The last thing I thought of was it being infested. So please, beware! I believe every unit is infested from what I heard from neighbors. Some even have bed bugs. Oh, and could you believe after all we went through we didn't even get our security deposit back. Lol. And we actually left the place looking spotless. 0 Stars if I could! God Bless
