  • Best Brisket in Charlotte in my humble opinion. Melt in your mouth brisket that as writing this review my mouth is salivating. I have been a few times and to both the original location, ballantyne, and now so excited to have this location in my back yard. I burnt ends are amazing and will certainly get them again but my go to item here is the TexasStyleBrisket Sandwich. This sandwich is loaded with smoked shredded brisket, smoked red onions, and your choice of of cheese. I get the blue cheese and that to me my friends completes it. Well almost completes it because you need the mid wood sauce ( that of a spicy varietal is my choice) but will also use multiple sauces to get a different flavor each bite. Sides you can go with a few different options and yep you know I went with the mac and cheese which is a solid choice for sure. Another side I would recommend is the hickory smoked bacon wrapped jalapeños with jack cheese. Dip these in ranch and can you say out of bounds:
