  • Today was awful. I needed to pick up a couple things. First, at 12:00 pm I couldn't drop son off because they were all at lunch but one girl and there were six kids inside the play area. They said they weren't accepting any kids until 12:55. My son had a total melt down; since when in the middle of the day the play area doesn't accept kids for an hour when they weren't busy. Unacceptable!! Second thing, I had four small items to purchase and there were only a few registers opened and super long lines. Middle of the afternoon Friday. This was unacceptable too. I don't complain a lot but geese this was ridiculous. So anyway, after waiting 20 minutes in line, I ditched the four items and tried to leave and could not get out because all the aisles are blocked. IKEA I won't be back anytime soon. What an awful experience today was.
