  • Alain is the best when it comes to major issues and dealing with other idiot dealerships. We had the worst experience with the dealership we purchased my husbands Chevy Silverado from! His transmission went out after owning it for 2 weeks. Alain helped us through every step of the way , dealing with the lame excuse for the warranty company and the management of that god awful dealership. He literally was my rock through it all! Thank you GMC for having such an amazing team who always answered all my questions right away, never left me on hold, and always returned my calls promptly. The customer service from the service team was hands down award winning! Other companies in Vegas need to take note from them!
