  • We had such good experiences with Josh. It's hard to describe just how thorough he is, but you will definitely appreciate it. He researches and stays current on what is "up to code" across each system and includes all relevant excerpts and pictures to show the seller. Plus he checks through every crawlspace and attic for every loose wire and junction box (huge plus when buying a home made before the 80's). If you're torn between getting techs from each plumbing/electrical/hvac out to your home vs a general inspector, definitely consider these guys as their familiarity with each system and meticulousness is head and shoulders above what is expected.
