  • Customer service review..will not sign up for a membership. Went there to check out the place and see what they have. I walked in there was 4 people at the front desk. Asked for the purpose of my visit, told them that I want to see if it's worth signing up. I was given a piece of paper to fill out....The liability. ...As the front desk guy said. And then he turned around and all I could see was his back. Didn't make me feel welcomed. Also there was a lady at the front desk who didn't even smile at me when I walked in or was standing in front of her. No eye contact either. Didn't feel welcomed again. The tour itself ... basic and didn't make me feel like they want me there. Didn't show me the pool. Just pointed where it's at. Monthly membership was $10. With classes $20. processing fee 50 if use a credit. 30 if debit. The person giving the tour kept playing this....teenage gangsta. With funny gesture and one eye kept blinking at me for some reason- seemed like he was trying to be cool. Customer service didn't wow me. Very young and inexperienced staff up front.
