  • My old IPad froze in recover mode. I looked it up online and tried the fix it but it did not work. I went to Champaign Compute and was quoted $80.00 to fix it. I really did not think the old Ipad was worth $80.00 so I decided not to get it fixed. I was shopping in the mall with my daughter and decided to go into Simply Mac and ask them what they thought. They were so nice and super helpful. I was told how to fix it and if I could not fix it they would restore it for $19.99. I tried again to fix it but I failed so I took the Ipad into the store. 20 minutes later my Ipad was restored and back to the way it was and was charged $19.99. Anthony even helped me restore my backup and spent a lot of time with me explaining everything. I highly recommend this place. Customer service here is excellent!!.
