Just like all of you, I read the reviews of this management company. I didn't read the reviews until after we were approved for our rental home. When we moved into our home, it was every tenants nightmare. It was so bad that I can't even write what my husband and I experienced the 1st day that we moved in. Needless to say, we couldn't stay at the home for the 1st weekend as a result. However, what I will say is, after the office was aware of our experience, they did everything in their power to accommodate our needs. I want to personally thank Oliver, Maria and Regina. They all assisted me with excellent customer service and actually cared about our concerns the minute they were expressed to them. After being in the home for a week we had at least 7 more issues wrong with home, but this office made sure to send someone out immediately to replace the appliance and send out their own maintenance man because the owner would not approve to pay for any of the issues at all (which I thought was beyond ridiculous considering that he should have made sure these issues were addressed before listing the house on the market for rental). I thank them for their assistance and turning our bad experience into a positive one overall. So far, they are the best management company that we have dealt with.
