  • I had an absolutely terrible experience at Thai Me Up. Three different entrees were ordered and all three were horrid. Let's start with the Pad Thai. The noodles were undercooked to the point of being raw. The sauce was so sweet it was inedible. There were no bean sprouts, and one burned tiny piece of an attempt at an egg. The Green Curry; Once again, sweet. How do you make a Green Curry too sweet? I don't know, but Thai Me Up sure does. And finally, the Fried Rice. This was literally just rice, and roughly a dozen strips of Green Pepper. Thai Me Up sells the "Authentic Thai" experience. Unfortunately it does not deliver. My wife and I have both traveled throughout Thailand numerous times, and Thai Me Up comes nowhere close to being Authentic.
