| - I agree with Stephanie H. about the woman at the front desk. She was nice at first, but she was not very friendly when she actually had to do any work above what she normally does (she had to pull up, and print a receipt that never got emailed to me. She was very argumentative about their email service sending it to me, yet my inbox is empty, and I'm basically being called a liar. Just print my dang receipt and stop rolling your eyes at me!!!)
Another thing that was off-putting was a 2$ card processing fee. Really?? After spending 75$ they can't let go of an extra 2$? Super cheap, especially considering the fact that they force feed you formula advertisement!!! Which brings me to my next point...
I didn't like that I was basically forced to bring home a gigantic bag of enfamil formula and coupons, front office girl just would not drop it and kept insisting that I need to take it!! She also handed an enfamil vanilla 'milk' to my daughter before we left. We have milk allergies, and we are a strictly nursing family. I made it clear at the beginning that I didn't want their samples, but they were pretty insistent on me bringing it home, including putting my DVD in a baggie full of formula coupons. I certainly don't like the feeling that I'm paying for them to advertise formula to me.
The ultra sound tech was nice, however, so at least they have that going for them.
Update: less than a month after my visit here, I started getting mail for enfamil! I guess they use their address forms to sign you up for spam mail!!! Unacceptable and very unprofessional of this business to do!!!!! Updated my review to one star!
