  • To the owners of Ground Control: please learn how to staff accordingly. I live on the east valley and come here for your amazing beer events. EVERY time I come your staff acts as though I am invisible. 10 minutes to greet a customer is completely unacceptable. I have on multiple occasions been completely ignored and forgotten about. You advertise all over Facebook for your Anniversary and that the special beers will be tapped at noon, but You only have 3 servers on the floor and no one behind the bar. Your resturant is full. Making your customers happy should be the priority, not the specialty beers that you get.
