  • This studio is run as if it were 1980. The website is never current or contains any pertinent announcements, the voicemail is out of date, the method of communicating information like recital dates is by writing it on a whiteboard in the lobby, they seem incapable of emailing parents receipts/schedules/monthly announcements (except when they need money), everything is run on a paper system, the studio smells, has old furniture and dirty floors. They have lost my credit card information several times because the note card they used to store this information was misplaced. In regards to the recitals, tickets are expensive and the dates this year are in the middle of summer because the competition team is going to Europe beforehand. Do they not realize that they should align recitals with the end of the school year? They clearly prioritize the team students. I've watched my daughter struggle in class without any help or inspiration from her instructor. My daughter and I are leaving this studio with a bad taste in our mouths.
