  • I have been to almost every casino in this city over the years. This place has by FAR the rudest pit boss staff of any casino I have been to. It is like going to Dick's Last Resort, where they just ridicule you the entire time. Finally learned my lesson. If I am going to lose money, I am going to at least do it at a place where they at least pretend not to openly root against you. And this just didn't happen once or twice, so it is much more than just a coincidence. Clearly that is the way they want to do things. I do want to say that outside of the table games, the employees have always been friendly. However, since I am there for the table games, it doesn't help much. Do yourself a favor and find a casino that wants to help you have fun, win or lose, rather than this place that wants to make you uncomfortable and unwelcome.
