The tonkutsu with garlic black oil ramen is really rice, and i really encourage you to add corn, and an extra soy egg to elevate your experience. The soy egg was perfectly cooked with a runny yolk and delicious soy-marinated egg that makes you keep going. The broth is really rich and the pork shoulder slices were well-charred and tender to bite - rich in flavour. While the ramen is delicious, the zangi or the fried chicken portion was a little lacking but made up by its crispy skin and moist chicken flesh. Overall, a great experience.
