1/2/18. Awful company/store. First things first I was told to go sit in the back and wait for someone to help me. Upon sitting in the back I was told "you need to move to the boxes or the two desks" in a disrespectful tone by the guy working with the beard and glasses who was obviously in a bad mood because they another employee made him turn down the mgmt he has blasting throughout the store.(what's with the boxes anyway? We're adults I'm not going to sit on a box 3 ft from the ground((I'm 6"5))Upon finally receiving "help" I was told I would have to pay 300$ because I updated my phone and started having battery issues and the home button cracked because it was getting so hot. First of all I paid for the most expensive phone on the market at the time (iPhone 7+ 256gb) and shouldn't have to pay money to fix something they messed up. I was told by the tech "it probably cracked because of pressure I caused myself". Myself, the girl sitting next to me and the first employee I talked too all said they have never just seen a cracked home button, also that the button is made of sapphire and almost impossible to break. Pretty much just another review saying how bad Apple is as a company all around,
