I don't know why this place gets great reviews but this experience and other past experiences leave me wondering. I ordered pistachio milk tea with less sugar and no boba. Guess what I was served? The opposite, full sugar, old rubbery boba and very watered down. Here's the kicker, a couple ordered pistachio milk tea after me and got theirs before me, what?! After 25min I got my complicated drink. Maybe it was too busy for the worker to keep up with the orders and just assumed that whoever walks in will get boba whether they like it or not. I cannot fault her, the guy that took the order didn't write on the cup the specifics on what to not put. The other time was when I ordered grass jelly instead of boba and the jelly was pulverized to make it look like there's a lot of it. This is definitely the last time I'll set foot in here, I'm sorry but a few mishaps is enough for me. An additional side note, there's plenty of boba places in California and Las Vegas that utilize a single worker that works the registers and make the drinks with fresh tea leaves on a cappuccino machine. It'll be busy but the drink will come out to you in less than 5min. Just saying.
