  • Jim the tow truck driver doesn't seem to follow simple rules of not towing vehicles with passes in them. Then his counterpart Angelia the dispatcher has nothing but a bad attitude and bad advice. Typical tow truck driving company. No respect, I understand it's a business and money has to be made, however coming into a gated community an towing a residents vehicle because Jim could not see the placard is beyond ridiculous. It's people an companies like this that make the world worse everyday in every way. Karma comes to those who don't have respect or care for others. An it seems that their job position has put this two right in the path of karmas wrath.
