  • I called to make a appointment after the person went on how it's better than walking in. I come in for my scheduled appointment and the stylist is surprised because the idiot who answers the phone didn't tell her she made a appointment and apparently she doesn't bother to check her schedule either. There are two walk in ahead of me and I will have to wait even though I have a appointment.
