  • My new favorite Verizon store, I came here one Friday morning at 9am (the regular Verizon stores dont open until 10am). My 3 month old iphone 8 plus screen was not responsive on the right side. Marci was working and she was so helpful on how to handle my issue directly with Apple to resolve it same day or have Verizon ship me out a phone since it was under warranty still with no physical damage. Anyway, to check for damage she asked if she could remove the glass screen protector to make certain that the cracked was on the protector and not my phone to ensure this would not be an out of pocket cost to me. She even offered to replace my screen protector as soon as I got a new phone at no cost to me, Wow! What customer service! I am so floored at the service I received and the fact that there was no wait when I went back to get the screen put on. I am not sure why everyone with Verizon doest go to these stores. I will be a loyal shopper at this location for sure. Thank you so much Marci!!!!
