  • I personally can say I caught this company red handed. I went in to have my oil done, I took pink chalk and marked the bolt that goes to the oil pan and oil filter, I also took pictures of my new rotors front and back along with my new brakes front and back. Mind you I came in only for an oil change, they take my car back, about an hour later they tell me it's ready, but they noticed I needed new rotors and brakes for both front and back... I asked for the manager and I requested we go look at my car, as we are looking at my brakes they are brand new I caught them in a lie, the manager apologized and said it was an honest mistake. Then he said your oil is done, I laughed at this point and said you're 100% sure, the guy said yes. I then went right in front of them and pointed at the pink chalk on both the filter and oil pan bolt. I told them the chalk would be gone if this was done. The tech became scared, because all I did was give him the thousand yard stare. The manager did a quick open and close on my filter and pan and saw it was pure black not clear. Another lie, so if I left I would of given free money to these morons. Now there is maybe a few decent techs that still may work here, but the trust is gone.
