  • I had a great experience here today! I had a nail in my tire today and called to see how much it would cost to plug it. They told me that if it they are able to fix it by plugging it then it would FREE, if not then I would just have to replace the tire. I brought my car in and was greeted within a minute of being there. I told them that i had a flat tire due to a nail and they said that could look at. They took my car within a few minutes to the work bay. I waited in the waiting room which offered FREE Wifi and refreshments. The wait area was well kept and had a tv to entertain you, and you can also see the progress of your car as there are windows that look into the worker bay area. Before I could get in to the movie that was playing... within 10-15 minutes Phil, the person that worked on my car, told me that my car was ready. Given the runaround by multiple car repair places in the past I was preparing myself to hear how much it would cost or thinking that they might try to upsell me something,.......but instead he told me that there was no cost!!!! When I went to check my car, tire was fixed and my spare tire was put away in its compartment along with all it's tools. I was amazed how great the service is that I received here! I recommend this place to anyone that needs particular work on your car and wants to recieve excellent customer service! 10 out of 10!
