  • The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I'm not even a member. Just trying to get title to a trailer I paid cash for by paying off a loan of the seller's. They sent the title out and erroneously stamped the back, which essentially says they have a lien on the title, which they do not have. I own it outright. They balked at Fed Ex delivery of a corrected one-but finally agreed to do so. It was supposed to arrive Tuesday. It's now Thursday night and no title. Still on hold after 40 minutes. They 'neglected' to write down the Fed Ex Tracking number-translation- they never sent it.
