An old school ice-cream joint on lakeshore near cawthra that has been there since the 1950s. My parents remember this place from when they arrived on Canada in the 1960s. The building is dilapidated, but it has ample parking in the back. The ice-cream is excellent and cheap : they have soft serve and hand packed. I usually get a dipped cone or banana split. I have purchased ice cream cakes here as well, and they are significantly cheaper than Baskin Robbins and Dairy Queen. The location is favourable it is near the lake, and thus a nice place to go for a walk. They have outdoor seating, and you get a free ice cream on your birthday.
