  • We went for the COSTUME CONTEST last night alone. The flyer information details stated there was a costume contest. I messaged them right here on FB asking what the prizes were. They replied cash prizes. After waiting in line for an hour. Which by the way you need some kind of line control. We watched atleast 20 people cut the line and no one said anything. We waited until 12am...no contest. We asked the staff and no one could give us an answer. It wasn't until 1am we asked another security guy. He stated he didn't think there was a contest and went and asked the GM. You GUESSED IT...NO CONTEST. Apparently there was a miscommunication between their promotion team and School of Rock. That was all they could tell us. I spoke with the GM and all he could do was apologize but with no reason. We showed the text of School of Rock replying to our questions about the contest. All we got was an "I don't know" Poor poor planning of this event and a complete waste of time for us who came out for a Costume contest!!!!!! Line control is necessary and fair. Consider that. Very disappointed.
